Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Please email us at [your email address] or WhatsApp us with your order details for cancellation requests.
- Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns
- Since our products are custom-made/personalized creative items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with photos/video proof of the damaged item.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Once the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
